Hey I noticed everyone's been asking for things to prepare for winter.  I have a lot of extra blankets, some clothes, too, if anyone really needed any.  Whatever you can give for them is fine, it doesn't have to be much...so long as you're taken care of, too.

[There's a pause and the sound of fire cracking in the background.  She ponders over what else to say.  It was getting cold and snow had already begun to fall in Adstring.  She exhales with the faintest of smiles tracing her lips, not that it can be seen.]

We have an extra room here, too.  If anyone needed to stay - temporarily is fine, too.

Hey! [She waves with an armful of blankets, as requested, recognizing his face.]

Sorry I'm late...I didn't catch your name. I'm Yoko.

Nice to meet you, Yoko, I'm Sokka. [He smiles and gestures to a fairly large package wrapped in some paper and then tied in some cloth. It's fish and flying pig, since everyone likes a little variety.] Don't worry about being late -- I'm always late for things.

[Oh. Sokka. Well, this is awkward. But she's pretty sure he doesn't know that Suki is her roommate, so she'll return the smile.]

Oh! Right. [She'll extend her arms to pass them over.] How are you holding up? With preparations, I mean.

[He graciously takes them, shrugging in the process.] Can never be prepared enough, but I've managed pretty well. Have you started already?

I just am now. I only got here about a month ago and I don't think winter will wait for me to settle in right.

Unfortunate but it just has to be dealt with. And I think I'll be alright...I've got some friends living around me, too.
